Bill is the inventor of the original patented 3 ply Baler Belt, he has put 30 years of experience into EX-Cel's New line of Baler Belts. EX-Cel's 9000 Series of Baler Belts has been used by Original Equipment Manufacturers for years and now it's available to you.
